Okay Beth. Got the database restored to my 2008 server. Re-installed 7.1 server and now I get a login error. It seems that I cannot log into the web. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times and I cannot log in on the web. Is there a way to reset the username and password? Obviously something...

nope - did not work. Registered and installed all .NET 4 updates, then rebooted the server. Still cannot login and I get the same error.
