There is a program called Unleash It which will FTP your files to your webserver and has easy to use filters that will filter out those _sgbak folders. you can find it at http://www.eworldui.net/UnleashIt/

I am assuming that this causes an error because most people don't put vault on a Domain Controller. Right? Thank you for clearing that up for me. In my attempts to add another $folder I dicovered that you could rename the $root folder. Any reasons why one would or would not change the name of the root folder?
