Red Gate SQL Source Control issue after upgrade

Post by drhdrhdrhdrh » Fri Apr 04, 2014 2:40 am

After upgrading Vault from 6 to 7.1, the Red Gate SQL Source Control interface with Vault appears to fail with a message about compatibility with the selected version.

Do you have any suggestions, or experience of making 7.1 work with SQL Source Control?

Thanks!

I did get a swift reply from Red Gate about this so I am posting just in case anyone else has this issue...

Red Gate SQL Source Control v3.6 is compatible with Vault 7.1.

I obtained the installation file from http://www.red-gate.com/products/sql-de ... nt-updates

After installation I found that I needed to unlink and relink all databases under source control, but that is a minor irritant only, and all worked fine after that.

All's well that end's well!
