Did you include deleted items in the export? If so, try creating a new export without deleted items and see if that will import.

Are there any obliterates in your repository that you exported from? If you're not sure select root ($) and then perform a Show History. When the filters window comes up, click on the Actions tab and uncheck all except Obliterate.

What are the sizes of the files that are listed in the error?

Do you have folder security or require check in comments turned on for the repository you are importing into? Try turning off everything for the repository you are importing into and then perform the import. Sometimes these settings can stop items from being committed during an import if they don't follow those rules.
