Error Vault Client 7.1.0 on VS 2013

We're getting this error in one workstation (Windows 7 x64). The same project opens without errors in another workstation using the same software versions. We tried to re-install the Vault client without success.

On that same workstation, VS 2010 solutions open without errors but VS 2013 projects always show the error above. The Plug-In Selection in VS 2013 is configured to use "SourceGear Vault Professional Visual Studio Enhanced Client".

Any ideas to fix this error?

Try to open Visual Studio, without opening any project. From Visual Studio's options, try changing the Current Source Control Provider setting within Visual Studio to "SourceGear Vault Professional Visual Studio Classic Client", click OK, and then close Visual Studio. Finally, re-open Visual Studio, and then try re-opening the project.

I think the error message you display is displayed with a solution/project bound to the Vault Visual Studio Classic Client.
