Vault 7.1 How to determine when I file was checked in

Post by btd » Thu Jun 26, 2014 8:07 am

Good morning Vault Admin...
Using either the Web browser or Vault client, I was unable to determine when a file has been checked in?

Do I need to write a SQL statement or can you show me how?

Thanks

Tom

There are a few different ways to see when a file was checked in.

In the Vault GUI client, go to Tools - Options - File List Columns and turn on Remote Date. That will tell you the last check-in time of the file on the server.

You can also perform a Show History and it will provide the date of the check in action.

You can look up the file in the Vault web client at http://<your Vault server>/vaultservice/vaultweb. It will include the history that shows the last check in.
