One Client Unable to access folders

Post by jacobdss » Fri Oct 03, 2014 10:30 am

Hello, I have one user with an issue accessing certain folders - where it comes up for all other users (myself included).

The error received is:

An unexpected error occurred on a receive.Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
at VaultClientNetLib.VaultConnection.GetRepositoryStructure(Int32 nRepID, Int64 nSrcRevision, Int64 nDestRevision, Boolean bRequestDBDeltaOnCacheMiss, Int64& nReturnDestRevision, VaultDateTime dtLastCheck, VaultDateTime& dtLatestCheck, VaultRepositoryDelta& rd)

Any ideas?

Was that user able to connect in the past, or is this a new setup?

If they connected in the past, had they connected to any other networks since then?

Any Windows updates?
