Possible Bug in Vault Standard Move File/Folder

We're on Vault Standard 7.1.0.2028

This seems like a bug to me.
We moved a folder and it's contents from one branch to another and all went fine except that Vault also moved the Labels applied to those files. This presented a problem because this one branch is a few versions behind the branch we moved it from and so ended up with labels already existing, as we label for each version.

So While you do want the history to go with the files you don't want the Labels since they will no longer apply to the files in their new location.
In this case it was only a few files to go thru and go back to the original location, Promote the labels and delete the files from there. Which in itself is not what you would want.
Need to have that Label still work correctly and also have the new location work correctly.

Did the branch you moved the folder to have a branch of that same folder already there? If there was and you deleted it, please say so.
