The Enhanced Plug-In for Visual Studio not listed

Post by johnb@efaact.com » Wed Mar 11, 2015 10:26 am

I'm setting up a new environment. When I tried to configure the source control the only available option is the Standard Classic Client. How do I get VS to recognize the Enhanced Client?

Vault needs to be installed after Visual Studio. If you installed in the opposite order, you can try a repair on your Vault installation, or else you can uninstall and reinstall.

Thanks it worked for vs2008 but was still not listed as an option in vs2013. Is my version of the enhanced client, 5.1.2, compatible with vs2013?

VS 2013 is not supported with Vault 5.1.2. We have a Compatibility Chart that shows what is supported with each version: http://www.sourcegear.com/vault/documen ... chart.html.
