v7.2.1: Importing error

I used import/export tool to exported a folder from a repository. Imported it to different repository.
I kept getting this error:

An exception occurred while importing a transaction for (TxID: 6569 on 2/23/12 2:24pm by <username>[11]). The import cannot continue.

I also tried to do the export again without checking to include deleted items. Importing still gives me the same error.

What step should I take to troubleshoot this problem (if not resolve)?

First, run a Show History on $ in the repository, but in the Actions tab, only select Obliterate. If you get any obliterates, it's very likely Export/Import will not work for you.

If you don't see any obliterates there, then could you send an email to support at sourcegear.com (attn: Beth) with a link to this forum thread?
