Hi
We would like to disable http at the Vault Web Services and only use https.
SSL certificate is issues the Web Server.
Do I need to reinstall Vault Web Service or can I just change the plugins to https:

You can change the plugins to https once your certificate is bound to the website. No reinstall needed.
