Archive Folder

Hi,

We would like to archive some of the folders in a repository on Server A to another repository on Server B.
In VSS, I used to launch the SSAdmin tool, archive the folders and restore them on the other server.

How is this accomplished in Vault?

We are using Vault 2.0.3

You can move the entire Vault database from one MS SQL Server installation to another, but at the present time, there's no way to isolate folders and move them to a different Vault database or a different repository within the same database.

The only way to move the files would be to do a get of the files from Server A and then add the files to Server B. You'd only have the latest version of the files, however as no history would be preserved.
