$History$ keyword expansion bug

We have found a bug in the way Vault expands the $History$ keyword when checking in files. The date that Vault uses when writing the history log is NOT the check-in date, but is the checkin date of the previous version. Could you please address this ASAP, as our history logs are now incorrect. We ar...

1. Other people can successfully do the GET

2. I tried going to GET to a different folder, with the same results.

3. I've setup client-size logging. Attached is the log file. Could someone please look at it and let me know what to do next? This is becoming a major problem.

1. It only happens on that machine. My other machine works fine. (The machine with the problem is our common "build" machine)

2. It doesn't happen on every folder. Some work fine.
For example, I can successfully do a get latest on $/QQ/Catalogs, but not on $/QQ/Core.

Thoughts?

It seems to just happen to me. Other people can perform the operation without error.

What is the name of the log file? I'll try and post them.

I'm using 2.06. All web operations are too slow to be usable. This is the primary reason for my request to add blame to the GUI.

Enhancement Request - integrate Blame screen into the client

Please consider designing a Blame screen into the UI, instead of linking to the web page. The web-page is slow, and often times out.

Also, it might be nice to configure a background color for each user, to make it easier to see who did what.

Has the Vault webclient been improved in version 3?

The vault webclient seems very klunky, and suffers from the following problems. Have any enhancements been made to it? Problems we see: 1. Very slow, in general 2. Even slower when doing source-code diffs. In fact, this is so slow it's it's not usable. 3. Doesn't seem to use cookies to remember who ...

I tried adding one of the 6 VBP projects that make up my VBG. I ensured that Vault was my primary/default source code provider by opening the client and using the options menu. I then closed the vault client and opened the VBP (In this case BankRecBR.VBP) and was prompted: "Do you wish to add t...

I am invoking diff from the main window, as my file on disk is different. The status is unknown. I've also tries from the history window. I wasn't able to check-in, either. I ended up copying my code aside, doing a get latest, and then copying my code over the latest version. Then I could check-in. ...

Problem with long filenames

Having an issue with the Vault software: I have a series of VBP projects that make up a VBG project group. Because I have had other unexplainable issues I have elected to follow the following steps and have had the following results: +I removed all of the .SCC files in all of the folders/subfolders ...
