Restarting IIS fixed the problem. Should I expect to have to restart IIS everytime I have to add people to a project?

All clients and server are at version 1.1.4.
Your description is correct, but the problem is only in the web client - the desktop client seems to work fine. Also they don't show up in the assignee dropdown.
