All sorted now thanks, note for future users who might search for this - check the user's Pending Changes list and you should find the file in there. Undo the pending change and the file will reappear for the user.

Hi there, I've got a problem where one of my Vault users cannot see one paticular file. A file that everyone else can see. In a folder of about 100 files there is one file that all my other users can see. Yet for one user it is not listed. If I login as myself on the users machine I can see the file...
