I have found the vaultlistchangeset command to be much faster and also to allow the checkin to complete also.

Nant and merge options
By default when using the vault nant tasks created it runs into some problems with merge options. There is some kind of VaultGetOptions class in there but I can't figure out how to specify that information in xml. Is there any examples?

1. Well we are doing this for a windows solution, but unless I'm missing something, there's no way to branch a solution. I just have to branch from vault the folder structure. I really wish there was more of an automated way to branch and change the source control bindings. We have around 50 project...

Branching ponderings
We are trying to work on branching with our solution. We have a lot of projects, so this is becoming a nightmare with bindings to source control. So here's my list of questions some people may know the answer to: 1. How do we have the source control bindings updated after we branch to a new location...

That doesn't seem to help. The only reason I even tried these commands manually is because I'm using CruiseControl for automated builds and noticed this error. Previously this was working, but we've since upgraded to the latest of CruiseControl and Vault (that we own). I can manually do a get on the...

Error doing GETVERSION
I am attempting to use the getversion on the command line and am having troubles. Posted below is what I'm doing. A working folder is set, but it seems to be having some issues. C:\Program Files\SourceGear\Vault Client>vault versionhistory $ -rowlimit 1 <vault> <history> <item version="23215&qu...

Well I think that the VS.Net compiler is the culprit, but I haven't figured out how yet. I noticed that there were 2 instances of devenv.exe running, but I don't think an actual integration was running. I'll keep an eye on this to see if those show up anymore or not. So that's likely the culprit. I ...

I'm using Vault 3.1.5 with CruiseControl.Net. And randomly when it's getting a latest version of the source code we get the following error (it's not always on the same file, but it's generally one of our project files. <vault> <error> Access to the path "C:\Code\Support\Messages\Messages.cspro...
