Hello,
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a couple of issues with Vault 11.
Do you know how the sgbak folder was invoked to be checked in by VS? My suggestion is to indicate that the folder be excluded.
The second issue has me a bit perplexed. Could you please email support@sourcegear.com ...

Hi Tara,
The issue existed before Vault 11 but were not really sure the exact release it become a problem. There is no way of automatically keeping track of the issue other than reaching out to us. If the fix gets included in a release, it will also be listed in the release notes. As of right now ...

Re: Vault 8 tring to migrate to Windows 11
This is likely an IIS related issue. When you setup / configured the IIS server for the Vault Server, did you add the "Application Server" feature as well as the HTTP static content to the role?
Below are the roles that need to be checked:

Hello again,
You will need to either try to perform the install with the "sa" account or increase the rights of the user for the Windows Authentication so that they have full admin rights.

Re: Vault 8 tring to migrate to Windows 11
Were you connecting to the SQL Server using Windows authentication or SQL authentication?
Did the account you used to connect to the SQL Server have SQL sysadmin rights? The rights need to be at the same level as 'sa'.

Re: SQL Logins needed
Can you please send your Vault Server log to support@sourcegear.com? It doesn't appear to be uploading to the forum. We'd also like to see your web.config file.
Please refer to this forum post when you send your email.
Thanks,
Tonya
