Can you please send your Vault Server log to support@sourcegear.com? It doesn't appear to be uploading to the forum. We'd also like to see your web.config file.

There is likely something that isn't quite right in your web.config files. We'd need to do some more investigating and have you send over your Vault Server web.config file to support@sourcegear.com.

What version of Vault do you have installed? Have you attempted to run the Vault password encryption tool a second time? Are you still experiencing the issue logging in?

What happens when user's attempt to connect to the Vault Server? Do they receive an error? If so, what is the error?

Yes, my suggestion would be to uninstall the Vault Client and reinstall the client. I would also try clearing your client-side cache file:
