Re: Strange File Status Issue
Does your history of File 2 mention at version 17 which file it was branched from? If File 2 was branched from share, then that would cause it to be unshared. It must have been shared after that then. Do Files 3, 4, and 5 that are all shared to File 2 list their share in history? Files 2, 3, 4, and...

Re: Strange File Status Issue
Perform a Show History on the file that was not checked out, but claimed it was checked out. That should be File 1. If it has a large history, when the History Filters window comes up, go to the Actions tab and only check share, branch, move, rename, and delete. Which of those actions appear in tha...

Vault Standard Client - Sort Share Links List
We use the share/link feature quite a bit across multiple branches within our Vault repository and any given file can have as many as 5 or more links to these other branches. Currently selecting a file, using the context menu to select 'Properties...', then the 'Share Links' tab of the File Properti...

Feature Request: "Show History..." pick in search pane
I'd like to request that a "Show History..." pick be added to the right-click context menu when selecting individual results in a file name search query in the search pane. We have many "same" files (same name) across many branches and it would be helpful to be able to look at th...

UI Issue: Show Differences and "Any repository folder/file"
Hi, My team is having a couple of UI issues with Show Differences when using the 'Any repository folder/file' option. Firstly when you select 'Any repository folder/file' and then click browse the 'Diff Against Repository item' window comes up with the file list in the right-hand pane not sorted wit...

Potential Bug: Shadow Folders and Folder Rename
Hello, We ran into a potential bug today, maybe we just have a setting wrong, where renaming a folder from the GUI client will trip the Shadow Folder service to delete the existing folder, as it should, however the shadow folder service does not build out the folder again with the new name. There we...

Re: List All Label Names?
Hi Surak8, We are finally on Vault now and I would be interested in these, thank you! I actually have a couple routines that do this (for different display-purposes). I will post them, if you are interested. You should know, however, that I recommend executing the query at the "project" le...

Re: Feature Request: Share File Dialogue
Hi Beth, Thank you for your response! In looking at the work-around you provided and I can see that I missed an important detail in articulating the feature we desire. The goal, from my perspective, would be to show the 'share-to' path that is currently selected in the tree component within the 'sha...

Feature Request: Share File Dialogue
Hi, I'd like to request that the current selected path be added to the Share File Dialogue. A 'Path' text field component should be added to the dialogue window and should contain the current selected path for each selection made within the tree component, this way if a user is hunting around for th...
