Hi. Yes, it is a network path. I have asked him to change it to the C: drive, however, the rest of us are using the same network path and do not have this issue that he has.

Working Folder entry disappears
Hi,
I have a Vault user here (10.0.1 793) who sets up his working folder in Vault Client only to have it disappear on his next login. This is only an issue for him and none of the other users. Please let me know if there are any suggestions of how to resolve this. Thanks.

The vault service is running. This isn't the issue. The issues is: We have Vault running on Server A - no issue A group has set up a new VDI. This VDI has vault client v10 installed. I'll send the file right away. Unfortunately, something likely did change. We have monthly patches/reboots. I haven't been in the admin for over a month. I am assuming some windows server patch is the culprit. I have tried accessing on the server itself, blank page. Accessing the vaultservice folder...

Hi, We run Vault Standard 10.0.1 and have a desktop that has no internet access. I attempted to install the VS Extension for Vault and it fails.
