A position field can be usefull in order to tell in which order the items will be proceded. I'm not sure what you mean by this. You can set priorities on items, and customize the view to show the priorities, plus sort by priority. If you're thinking of something else, let us know. Giving a priority...

Feature Request: Item tracking - Position

A user can have items from different projects.
I want to see all in one grid.

A position field can be usefull in order to tell in which order the items will be proceded.

I think it would be interesting to have the possibility to link an item with a Customer.

So it will be possible to identify who found the bug or ask for feature.
