I'm not seeing the issue any longer with Chrome (I probably cleared things for other reasons) and I had the user upgrade IE, so I guess I would consider this closed for now. If it comes up again, I'll let you know.

We would like to be able to search for items that don't have a (set of) tag(s).

Right now you can search for the absence of all tags, but not for lack of a particular tag or tags.

Is it possible for users to say "I want to be notified when this item changes" even if they aren't the resolver or assignee? Basically a way to subscribe to particular items.

They wouldn't want emails on all items in the project, just a select few.

More users have noticed, so I had better get a build with the fix.
