Each time I try to check in, I get the following message.
An item with the same name or object id already exists in the selected folder.
It happens with any file. I have used vault for years and have never seen this.
Please help.

We tried doing the upgrade of the DB, but it failed each time, so we detached and moved the DB files. Then ran a straight install. We do have the 3.0 license files.
