I did a "get latest version" ( I THINK that's what it was.) and that resolved it.
I'd love an explanation of what happened, if you have any idea.

How do I add a label (or comment) for ALL files?
Hi, I'm trying to somehow mark specific versions of my project files so I know when the last regression test was done. E.g., if I've got a bug, I want to be able to know the latest version that was 'tested ok'. It seems that when I include a comment when doing a checkin Vault seems to only put the c...

Trying to GET an older version of a project. Not working.
I'm trying to GET an older version of a project. I opened the SG Client and viewed the history for that folder "New project". I created a label for it. I then viewed labels for that folder and right clicked on the one I wanted to GET. It seemed to do *something* but the project files have ...

Thanks!
Went to: VS>Tools>Options>Source Control>Enviornment options.
There's an option for "independent developer" (i.e., solo programmer) so I selected that.
That seemed to do the trick.
Thanks!

Do I need to CheckOut everytime I CheckIN?
I'm working alone with no branching, etc., so just using Vault as a powerful "undo". I've set the Vault Client Tools>Options>Checkin to "always keep files checked out". And checked "Auto-commit after each op" and unchecked "require checkout before checkin". Ho...

GET an entire Solution for a certain version #
I'm a newbie to Source Control. How would I GET or Roll Back the entire solution to a certain version #? BACKGROUND I'm working alone for the moment and don't do any Branching, etc. I'm using Vault basically as a really sophisticated "undo". So, I'm just using simple features. I'd like to ...

Resolved
OK,anonymous access was not on.
Turned it on (see above). Will that present a security risk?
(I've got a firewall set up already)
username: admin
pw: (none)
server: clay2 (name of my pc)
That seems to have fixed it.
Thanks!

Sharepoint not installed. Also I verified that the web.config file is not in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot. IIS was running before I uninstalled the .net framework and reinstalled it last time, I think. I'd be happy to do the hour of work involved in uninstallig and reinstalling the .net framework if there's s...
