pending changes filter in vs2013 solution explorer
I'm using the vault pro 7.1 enhanced client in vs2013. Does vault support the "pending changes filter" functionality in the vs2013 solution explorer? http://blogs.msdn.com/b/visualstudioalm/archive/2012/08/14/showing-files-with-pending-changes-or-files-that-are-open-in-visual-studio-2012-s...

Re: Installer fails on Windows 7 - Vault 5.0.X (err 2738)
I'm sorry to bother you Beth. All I want is to upgrade my current installation (regardless if the installed version is 32 or 64 bit)? I gather that the installed version is 32 bit (since its installed in the "Program Files (x86)" folder. Do I need to enable 32 bit support for the VaultAppP...

Re: Installer fails on Windows 7 - Vault 5.0.X (err 2738)
My vault client is installed in: c:\Program Files (x86)\SourceGear\Vault Client\
The logfile was produced by running "VaultServer_5_1_1_19215.msi" (I believe this is 32bit).
I also have the 64bit installer "VaultServer64_5_1_1_19215.msi"
My system is W7 64bit

Re: Installer fails on Windows 7 - Vault 5.0.X (err 2738)
Running regsvr32 vbscript.dll works fine but running "msiexec /i VaultServer_5_1_1_19215.msi /quiet" doesn't install vault. After a few seconds I simply get the prompt again.
Another question: How can I see if the installed version is 32 or 64 bit?

Re: Installer fails on Windows 7 - Vault 5.0.X (err 2738)
I had the same issue with Windows 7 and the 5.x installer. The problem was caused by vbscript.dll being registered in the HKEY CURRENT USER section of my registry. After following the steps listed below, the installation completed successfully. I tried all other suggestions prior to this and nothin...

Failed to access IIS metabase
Have just installed vault 4.02 (to play around with). After install on a WXP I got the message below. Granting the users ASPNET and IWAM_MMA4 rights as explained on http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=267904 does not help. The dot.net version og "Default Web Site", "VaultService" ...
