It would be very, very, very good if Dragnet supported just pasting in a screen shot. (Removing the middle step of having to save the image somewhere, and then attach the image to Dragnet.) Just my two cents.

Hi folks, I ran an open Query (didn't select any filters). Elected to sort by Custom1 and Status. (I have numbers in Custom1.) It seems that Dragnet sorts by Status. Same problem if I sort by Custom1 and Assignee. System sorts by Assignee. I just thought this was odd and figured I'd bring it up. BTW...
