The NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE is located in the security logins folder. I changed all the permissions to Admin and set NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE as db owners to sgvault and sgdragnet. Yes is does work if I use the IP address. I agree, I believe
that it looks like a DNS issue.
