Dan, does this mean we'll be able to filter the files to add on the extensions (and other patterns) universally? That would be cool. I hate having to always delete the "user files" out of my additions. (Please don't tell me that it already does that and I just haven't found the option yet!)

I'm with Mike on this one. I was having some trouble last week (of my own doing) and noticed this message. I'm sure that everything still worked/s correctly, but this message makes your stomach hurt when you see it, even if it is "normal".

I'm using CVS mode. Restarting seemed to "fix" it, so for now, I'll just make sure I restart the client. No probem, but it would be nice to know what's going on - or be able to refresh the change set somehow.
