Re: CCNET Source Get Fail

For anyone in a similar position who has to rollback their ccnet installation. The rollback to version 1.4.4.83 of ccnet was incredibly simple: Stop ccnet service, stop IIS, copy backup over the Program Files (x86)\CruiseControl.NET folder, start ccnet service, start IIS and in my case, set the appr...

Re: CCNET Source Get Fail

This 'might' help when trying to track down the issue, or it might just add more confusion but I also get this exception: System.MissingFieldException: Field not found: 'ThoughtWorks.CruiseControl.Core.Modification.ChangeNumber'. at ThoughtWorks.CruiseControl.Core.Sourcecontrol.FortressVaultSourceCo...

Re: Linking Vault as Source Server to re-indexed .PDB files

(I assume you are the same Tim that was asking similar questions on StackOverflow - sorry to be hassling you from multiple a...

Merging Vault Databases/Data

Our Company is currently looking at taking on a new developer and taking on one of his major applications. He has been using a Fortress Single User licence for Source Code Control and as far as I’m aware he hasn’t been using any of the other features of Fortress. We have a Vault Server with a 8 full...

"SELECT schemaversion FROM sgvault.dbo.tblschemaversions" returns 3.1.5.0 if that is of any help.

Issue upgrading from 3.1.9.3798 to 3.5.0

Hi guys, I’m having issues upgrading the Vault Database to version 3.5.0. To begin with I had version 3.1.8 of the database and I attempted to run the 3.5.0 setup, but received this error message: Upgrading SourceGear Vault database schema...ALTER TABLE statement conflicted with TABLE FOREIGN KEY co...

I managed to sort this problem out (I was the one having the issue at my client end). After reading the Vault knowledge base article about client side cache files http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=6 I decided to nuke my cache files and see if it had any effect. It fixed the problem in th...
