No errors, but it says the database was backed up during that time.

Hi, me again. I managed to obliterate some smaller folders. But now i'm hitting a wall again. I've set the sql timeout to 10800 (which I presume means 3 hours), but the obliteration fails after approx. 2 hours. That fixes it. I then turned the working folders on again, one by one and the performance got slowly worse again. On a hunch, i then turned off 'Show non-version-controlled folders ghosted in folder tree' and that fixed it. Is that anything that could be fixed? I rather like having the ghosted folde...

Not really. E.g. when I click OK on the options tab, it takes 45 seconds until the UI responds again. Likewise, when I check in, or close the diff application.
