ahhh that's the trick. Neat. I also like the "View Tree" button. Great, thanks!
And I strongly suggest that you add support of combo-box / list (for custom) fields because you know what it is, there is always somebody who won't write correctly in the field making a search useless.

For example, let's say we want to test an Item and we, for some reason, need the code from Oct. 1st for the whol...

Email notification for Item Tracking
Hi, Probably a newbie question, but is there e-mail notification for Item Tracking? I haven't found the option and this could be very useful for us. What I mean by notification is automatic sending of e-mail by Fortress to the user "Assignee" or "Resolver" when an item is added o...

For some reason, I can’t change the owner to NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE because it tells me that I already have a user of that name. And, for some reason, I can’t delete the NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE user… Kind of stuck here. Also, I changed the owner to ‘sa’ and I haven’t been able to change i...

Admin password changed after 4.1.1 update
Hi,
I just installed 4.1.1 over 4.0.2. I chose to keep my databases and used the same admin password I was using before when prompted in the 4.1.1 installation.
Now, I can't login with the admin user.
Weird stuff.... Help please!
