Jutst figured it out. The .ini file was set as read only.

Database not in drop down menu
We're using version 4.1.2.
When adding a new database, It is not showing up in the drop down menu in the console. I get the error below in the log.txt.
Error verifying database path: Access to the path "E:\Data\Shared\XXXXXX\srcsafe.ini" is denied
Any ideas?
