Hi, I have been trying to view a list of unresolved items in the web interafce for item tacking, their is 64 unresolved items and when i click on the number it returns this error above. Only in the web interface. :? Not sure why it is coming up with this all our other websites seem to be responding ...

I am looking at going for the upgrade then tomorrow night to do the install, are there any config files I should copy or at least get info from so i can get through this upgrade as quick as possible so I can produce my querys. Or do i simply open and note the info laid out in the install instructions.

Another question on running the query from the client, when i choose the cusom fields those columns do appear in the report. I only seem to be able to view the standard columns when ideally i would like to see what I am asking it to show, this again goes back to a decent reporting facility for bugs....

I have several databases setup with folders which have been shadowed so that they can view the most up to date graphic's and diagrams held within the varying databases. If i make a change it is not updating the item to the current version. Do i have something set up incorrectly? :mrgreen: Thanks Ally
