Yes, the Microsoft System CLR Types for SQL Server 2012 (x64) is installed
And the Microsoft Report Viewer 2012 Runtime is installed.
The OS is Windows Server 2012

This is something that unfortunately we need to do on more than an occasional basis. We get patches to software from our vendor, that we find will have a problem and need to be rolled back out, unitl fixes come from the vendor to fix the patches.
