I could really use a "heads or tails" exclusion capability. For example, when comparing ".aspx" files, I would like to be able to skip line 1. I can't find a way to do that.

Thanks for the great tool! I have a directory structure which has 10-20 files at the top level and hundreds of thousands of files at deeper levels (a pyramidal tiled image structure).
