It's in Visual Prolog -- though as far as I'm aware, there is no automatic integration.
The file unfortunately does need to be present in Vault. Just figured I'd check and see if it was possible to hide it locally.
Issue is resolved.

Hiding files from Pending Change Set
Hello! Is there an option to hide specific files from a pending change set? I'm working in part of a large group project, and there are a few files which we each need to have specialized per machine. Unfortunately, this means that we always have several .ini files always pending in CVS mode or reneg...
