Shared files stuck in pending change set

Hi, A colleague of mine shared some graphics to another folder (right click, Share). Now some of the shared files are in his pending change set and cannot be removed. Do you have any idea what causes this? How can we remove them from the pending change window? I've uploaded a screenshot for reference.

Re: I can't find my logs.

That makes sense - I was looking on my work laptop. However, my company is about to migrate our database from the server to the cloud next week. Is there a way for me to access the log files after that migration? Or would I need help from a cloud administrator?

I can't find my logs.

Hi, I recently had an issue logging into Vault. The first thing I tried was looking in the Source Gear Support forum, and I found several similar issues in which the users provided their logs for inspection. I tried looking for my logs in the Windows/Temp folder as instructed, but when I go there, t...

Re: Trying to make an Architecture Schema

One more question: Does Vault use any multicast/udp protocols?

Trying to make an Architecture Schema

Hi, My company is migrating several programs/databases (including Vault) to a new server. As part of this process, they're requesting that I provide them with an architecture schema. I've never done this before - is there a resource or template available that is specific to Vault? I tried looking up...

Re: Unable to check in files

Hi Tonya,
The issue seems to have resolved itself - our writer was able to check in her files yesterday! However, I will send the server log anyways, just in case it sheds any light on what was happening.

Re: Unable to check in files

Hi Tonya,
Other users are not having issues with check in. Her files are not unusually large. The random check-in test did not produce a different outcome.

Apologies for the delay - I forgot to set up notifications and missed your reply.

Unable to check in files

Hi, One of our team members can no longer check in her files. When she tries, Vault freezes and she has to use the task manager to shut it down. Any idea what's going on? We use Windows 10 and Vault 9.1. We're technical writers, so we mostly use FrameMaker files. She can check out files and undo her...

Admin transfer

Hi, We lost our previous Vault admin in a mass layoff, and I'm trying to figure out how to take over her admin duties. She provided me with her username and password, and a url for the admin website. Unfortunately, the URL doesn't seem to go anywhere. Can anyone provide a very simple overview of the...
