Re: Integrating with Axosoft OnTime using Windows authentica

Yes, I've tried it as " user@mydomain.com ", " user " and even " mydomain/user " but none of them worked. As a sanity check, I decided to test out Axosoft's sdk example project to rule out the possibility of me setting up something wrong on OnTime's end. The example wor...

Re: Integrating with Axosoft OnTime using Windows authentica

I finally got around to trying out the fix you provided (5.1.2.19252). Unfortunately, I'm still unable to get the connection test to work. http://i.imgur.com/vTvQO.png I noticed that the Password box was removed which I guess makes sense if this is supposed to be using windows authentication. I don'...

Re: Integrating with Axosoft OnTime using Windows authentica

Awesome! Any word on if/when Vault will be able to integrate with OnTime environments that use Windows authentication?

Re: Integrating with Axosoft OnTime using Windows authentica

1) So does Vault integrate with the ontime 2009 or 2010 if windows authentication is being used in OnTime?

2) Has anyone gotten Vault to integrate with OnTime 2011 at all (like for those using Ontime authentication instead of windows)?

Re: Integrating with Axosoft OnTime using Windows authentica

Perhaps you guys should modify your statement of how Vault Pro integrates with OnTime to something like the following: VaultPro now has PARTIAL built-in integration with Axosoft's OnTime defect tracking. integrates with OnTime's defect tracking ONLY . OnTime feature tracking and task tracking are no...

Integrating with Axosoft OnTime using Windows authentication

According to KB article KB14246 - Integration with Axosoft OnTime At this time, the Vault Professional integration works with users configured to use OnTime authentication. Make sure anyone planning to use the integration can authenticate through OnTime directly, because an OnTime login and password...

Could you add another vote for me, please? I made this same request a couple years ago.

Nevermind. I just realized that I just needed to Stop and Start the Application pool.

Works fine now.

Unable to load type 'VaultService.Global' after upgrade

Re: Migrating source from VSS 6.0d to Fortress 2.03

That's fine. In hindsight I guess I should have just modified my test handoff source instead of creating a second one and then trying to delete the first.

Re: Migrating source from VSS 6.0d to Fortress 2.03

Thanks! Everything seems to be working as expected since the handoff. One question I have now, though, is how to remove a Handoff Source once I've added it. I did a test handoff from a test db I created (VSSHandoffTest) and have already removed the repository from Fortress. I know in the documentati...

Re: Migrating source from VSS 6.0d to Fortress 2.03

So as long as I install SourceSafe 6.0c (or 6.0d turned INTO 6.0c using the hot fix) then I should be fine? Restoring a backup created in VSS 6.0d (and not 6.0c) shouldn't pose a problem there?

Migrating source from VSS 6.0d to Fortress 2.03

The company I work for recently acquired another company and we are currently wanting to bring their source code over to our own system (currently Fortress 2.0318802). Their using Visual Source Safe so I figured the best way to go about doing this would be to use the Handoff feature provided by Fort...
