Under Vault 4.1 there appears to be a new feature that is conceptually quite nice around the deleting of files (local and repos) that seems different from the way it worked in Vault 4.0.x and earlier. I've already fixed this at the server so cannot get a 'broken' screenshot anymore, but a screenshot is going to show just the IE browser 'image-not-found' placeholder error in place of the big gia...
