Is it possible to grant a Fortress user a limited admin permissions set? For example, pin/unpin, rollback, but not have other admin rights?

Seems like this is a security hole. If someone gains access to the physical Fortress server but cannot access Fortress itself, they can reset the admin password in this method and gain access. Granted, the security on the server should prevent this. But if a technician is administering something on ...

Is there any way to get reports exported out of Fortress? Example, say I want a list of all the files included in a folder, including all child folders. And I want to be able to copy that list to the clipboard or just save as a text file. I know I can do this in VSS, but I can't find a way to do it ...

I have to say, it was a good thing in this one instance, but I'm not sure I'd like it to be a continuing feature.

Found a security hole/bug while upgrading the Fortress Server software today.

When the installation asks for the Admin password, if you hit cancel and let the installation close out, then restart the installation, you can reset the Admin password.

Is this by design or a bug?

That's what we ended up having to do.

Can we add this as a feature request for a future version? If a label has been applied on a folder level, we should be able to rollback to that label, including all children of that level.

Both, actually. And I've used the web client, but I prefer to standalone client because personally, I hate the web client. It's just personal preference though. I feels clunky and difficult, but that's just a side effect of the necessity of its nature!

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but would it be possible in a future build to make changing repositories easier? Maybe a drop-down in the toolbar on the right side? We work with (right now) 20 repositories on a daily basis, and that number's going to double, possibly triple over th...

Any updates on this issue? It's becoming more frequent, and is affecting our workers' productivity in cases where it appears that changes have been checked in or latest versions pulled, but changesets are pending due to the session dropping.
