Thanks, this worked but I still have no idea how the baseline versions would get corrupted. Do you know what would cause this to happen? Also the files showed numerous baseline versions in the diagnostic tool. Do you need all versions or is it safe to get rid of previous versions and keep the most r...

I decided it was not a network problem since other files were checking in just fine. I downloaded the dianotic tool and the files are showing failed checks when I select the "Validate Cached Versions" option. The list shows several version of the file in the cached versions and the most re...

That is really wierd. The date on the file is Monday, January 01, 1601, 12:00:00 AM. I modifed the file and saved it and I was able to add the files. Now I just need to figure out how such a bogus created/modifed date was in the file in the first place :)

I get the same message if I try uploading a 1 byte text file. I tried changing the registry setting to no avail. It works perfectly if I do not use SSL. With SSL I can do everything except Add and Checkin files.

There is nothing in the server log except VaultServiceBase.VaultResponseAddFile returned: FailDeltaApply and EndTxFailDeltaApply. I tried to add a 1k gif and this failed with SSL enabled. Is it possible that the server is trying to initiate a connection when the transaction ends? The server is behin...

It is magically fixed today. I spent an hour yesterday just trying to check in these files and I just tried again and it works. A bit frustrating but I am glad I got the files checked in. Also the link in your post was broken. I would still like to take a look at the diagnostic in case this happens ...
