Statistic info about who and when used SOS
Hi,
I was wondering about any means in SOS that can help in gathering and analyzing information about the users - who, when and how frequently they used SOS. I tried to pick up such info from the LOG file but this seems to be not good way. Any other suggestions?

Attn: Beth
I have restarted the SOS on the server but the user is able to perform only when using Admin as user ID.
Attached is the requested screen shot from VSS. This user is highlighted.

Re: Operation failed
I advised the user to use user name guest and the result was the same - operation failed. Then I advised him to log in as Admin and gave him the admin password. Now the user was able to perform operation successfully.

Re: Operation failed
Hi
In SoS log.txt file I found this:

Hi,
I hope you may provide me with some information how my company can purchase new licenses for using SOS. So far we have 6 active license keys that provide 95 licences. The info I need is: price, options, to whom we need to send funds.

Yes, it was license issue. I made some clean up and then added some users and they were able to login without getting any error messages.
Thank you very much and regards,

As you can see I logged twice: first in about 11:44 AM on 10/7 in that particular repository that caused the messages and second in about 11:46 AM in another repository without getting the messages. Thenks and re...
