Re: Best way to branch and fix bindings?
Hello!
I'm using the Classic Client. I usually do a get latest recursive from the Vault Client and not from Visual Studio, and then I open the solution from Visual Studio.
Do I have to open it always from inside Visual Studio ?

Best way to branch and fix bindings?
Hello,
I'm testing the branching feature and I'd like to know wich is the best way to fix the source control bindings after the branchinf proces since after branching, all the vscs are still pointing to the old place.
I'm using VS2005 and Vault 4.1.4
any advise on that?
thanks,
dani

Re: Why is Recursive greyed out when doing Check-out...
Lodani, I wouldn't let this influence your decision much. We have been using Fortress (and Vault/Dragnet before it) for a couple of years and we love the products, and have always found the support at SourceGear (the FEW times we have needed it) to be exceptional! And if you're comparing it to Micr...

Re: Why is Recursive greyed out when doing Check-out...
I never use the advanced client for this very reason. I still find it unbelievable that it's not fixed yet. It seems so simple. wow thank you!. I was hoping that this issue could be fixable throught configuration but now I realized that is not. Then, this slowness in bugfixing is scary. I'm still i...

Re: Why is Recursive greyed out when doing Check-out...
is this bug still alive after almost a year since it was detected? My checkout is grayed out if I use the Advanced Client, but works fine with the classic client.
