As per the subject really. How do we go about opening our existing source-controlled ASP.NET projects in Dreamweaver so we can fix up things like table layouts and CSS more easily than in Visual Studio 2005?

I see no "Open from source control" type option.

With regards to setting up the sourcegear logging for the managed side, what classes do I need to enable in devenv.exe.config? Sounds like enabling "all" is a bad idea, and the file says that you should be able to suggest some useful and relevant ones.
