I have a similar setup, with some users upgraded from Vault/Dragnet, some users new to Fortress and one web-only user.
Changing the passwords doesn't seem to help.
The feed seems to work if I use the Admin username and password though.

I am using the following RSS feed to get a list of open items: http://<servername>/fortress/feeds/bugtrackingfeed.aspx/?pass=<password>&user=<username>&project=<project> This returns all of the open items, which is quite useful, but is it possible to return just the "My Open" items...
