Re: Your serial number is not a valid serial number
Resolved the issue via email. End user was making a backup of their Vault database using the Vault Client, the backup got disrupted and their database was stuck in single user mode in SQL Server. Once changed to multi user, the problem went away.

Re: Add Files/Folders Dialog Issue
Hello, Thank you for the screenshot and all the details you provided us with! To troubleshoot this issue a bit more, can you please have the user try the same operation on a different machine logged in as himself with the same credentials? Is it successful? I have a feeling this is probably machine ...

Re: Dark mode for 10.x Pro Client? Or increase font size?
Hello,
To increase the font size for the Vault GUI Client, you can change screen resolution and the client will adjust. We already have a feature requested logged to support dark mode but it has not yet been completed.

Re: Diffmrege 4.2.1 Crashing on Mac
Hello again, Thank you for the additional information and the video. Our developers have looked at this issue and confirmed it looks like a bug, but the cause is not obvious, and others with similar machines are not seeing the problem. We will need to try and allocate some time to investigate at a d...

Re: Diffmrege 4.2.1 Crashing on Mac
Hello,
You were experiencing crash problems prior to the upgrade to Sonoma 14.1.1, were they random? And now that you've upgraded, DiffMerge crashes every time? Does the crash happen immediately?
Thanks,
Tonya

Re: Vault Login Error
Hello,
My first suggestion is to make sure the Vault Server and SQL Server are running. I would also restart the Vault Server (using IIS).
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Tonya

Re: Error New Install Repositories.aspx
Hello, Vault 8.x is not compatible with Windows 2022 so that could possibly be the issue. My suggestion is to view the Vault Server log file to see if you notice any errors. The Vault Server log is in %windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log on the server machine. I highly recommend installing Vault 10.x w...

Re: Vault icons in Visual Studio
Hello, Have you tried refreshing your Pending ChangeSet dialog? Along with your Solution Explorer dialog? Perhaps one of them needs updated. I would also suggest closing Visual Studio and reopening it to see if anything changes. Then check your Vault GUI Client to see if the files show up as checked...
