Ops... it is just part of the installation process... but it is rather strange. Anyway, i am able to upgrade my system to ver 3.1.1

When i install the client tool, the install shield keep repeating itself at Extracting directories: iconv and then other installation process and it comes back to that Exctracting directories process again. After that, i can't even uninstall the client tool from the control panel.

The repository box under Folder Security tab in Admin Tool can't display all the project folders. The scroll bar some how is hidden.

When a user's folder security is modified, i always need to click the refresh button twice before the folders appear again. All folders will disappear from the Folder Tree when the button was clicked at the first time.

It is due to the database size exceed 2GB. I was using MSDE 2000. Now it is upgraded to SqlServer 2000. Was not aware of that limitation earlier on.
