Automatic GetLatestVersion on Open project issues
Hi,
I noticed that this option didn't update a file when using Microsoft VSS plugin.
Is that OK to use Microsoft VSS plug-in with SOS plug in?
How come I can't hide the 'Get latest version' on project startup?
Thanks
Jared

Best pratices for remote coding
Hi,
I have about a 15k to 20k link to my source code server and recently found myself compiling old source code combined with new source code.
What is best solution?
I am thinking about trying 'get everything' on open/close of project.
Is this a rival setting to Background checks?

Workaround 2
I take it when opening solution from remote machine you need to goto Files -> Source Control -> open from Source Control.
Otherwise the .SCC file will not be created.

MSSCCPRJ.SCC (remote machine)
For some reason my remote machine does not seem to be downloading the MSSCCPRL.CC file and thus causing an error as copied below. "The solution appears to be under source control, but its binding information cannot be found. It is possible that the MSSCCPRJ.SCC file or another item that holds t...

SOS Server .NET Framework 2.0
Hi,
I take it that SOS Server is not compatible with .NET Framework 2.0 and requires .NET Framework 1.1.
Since it is not very difficult thing to change may I request this as a feature.

Working Folers
Hi,
Recntly changed the working folder of the root directory and now all my porojects have messed up values for working folders.
What is the correct way to change working folder of root.
It would appear that indvidual projects have a 'memory' for working folders

VS2005 Setup & Deployment Project
Hi,
I have a S&D project that has a total of 2 files I would like stored in VSS. Am finding only way to do this is to manually add files as the plugin doesn't handle project of this type very well.
How do other people handle unusual projects like Setup and Deploy project.
Regard
