As per the subject really - is there any way to force a developer to fill in the comments box on a checkin from Visual Studio 2005? Ideally this would be a server-side option.

Having tried out fogbugz, I'm now trying out Bugzilla. Beautifully easy to install (apt-get mysql-server bugzilla on debian) and unbeatable price point.

I know Vault integrates with Fogbugz, but does it integrate with Bugzilla?

Making sure that all machines used the same profile name, and making sure that that profile name was consistent with the contents of MSSCCPRJ.SCC has fixed this issue.
