Thanks for the report.

I have logged this as a bug. Unfortunately a fix for this will not make it into the upcoming release, but we will look into fixing this for a future release.

Were you able to get Vault installed by choosing a different IIS Process user (system or custom)?

You can run the sql command sp_helpsort and that will tell you the collation MSDE is using. If you didn't choose a different collation in the installer (you would probably remember if you did), then you installed Dragnet with "Latin1-General, case-insensitive, accent-sensitive, kanatype-insensi...

The date format on your machine *shouldn't* matter. We have installed Dragnet on machines with your date format it seems to work fine.

What type of SQL collation did you choose during the install?

Every form has a submit button at the bottom of the form. The menu on the side is for navigation only.

I will add a feature request to make the selected menu items look less like buttons.

Thanks for the input.

Currently Dragnet allows you to give users Read access, which allows users to view and query issues, Modify access, which allows users to Add/Modify issues and Admin access. I will add your request to allow users to add but not modify items as a feature request. Unfortunatly, it is probably too late...

We do use cookies to verify that a user is authenticated during a Vault Web session. For security reasons (since it is possible to view code from the Vault Tree through Vault Web), when the Vault Web session ends (the user logs out, session times out, browsers are closed) Vault Web requires the user...

Glad you got it figured out.

I noticed in your install log that you had Share Point installed. Share Point likes to insert the extra web.config file that messes with Vault.

Your install log didn't get attached. You can send it to me directly using the email button at the bottom of the message. It may be helpful to see the install log. I don't *think* that IUSR_MyMachineName even needs modify rights to the directory. However, the account running Vault Service needs full...

So, if I am understanding you correctly, you were able to get it uninstalled by copying the VaultService/bin directory, correct? Did you install the Client with the Server installer without installing the Server? There is a seperate installer for the Vault Client. If you aren't installing the Server...

If you continue to have difficulties with shadow folders, email me (link at the bottom of the message) your phone number and I will call you. This would probably be easier to troubleshoot over the phone.
